Riverdale Barn saw our entire team collaborating in the delivery of a new residence. Our Construction Management team and Project Managers ran the complete renovation of a barn that had not been used for some considerable time, into a stunning 4 bedroom very individual property. Our design team were responsible for achieving Planning Permission, working closely with Kernon Countryside Consultants Ltd and then undertaking the full design package.
Once the design had been finalised and planning approved, work started in September 2022. The property boasts air source heat pumps, solar panels and underfloor heating, coupled with high levels of insulation. The external grounds are landscaped with lawn, paths and patios, a car port and entrance road; the property was completed in 2023.
